It empowers yard managers to track vehicles/trailers in real time and direct, optimize and continually verify yard jockey activities. This ensures that no time is wasted looking for trailers and trucks and ensures that the right trailer and trucks are moved to the right location. 

KeyTone's solution improves security and efficiency by verifying vehicles at check-in and departure. It also checks trailers to make sure the driver assigned is the one operating the vehicle, and that the appropriate contents (or lack thereof) are on the vehicle. Users can gain granular visibility of each and every trailer in the yard by associating them with an order or loading/unloading doors. Users will now be able to conduct trailer cycle count accurately and with ease.

• Check-in/Check-out Reconciliation Report - Provides list of all the vehicles and their associated assets that where checked in and their check out status and their dwell time. 
• Work Order Status Report - Provides a summary of all the work orders and their progress 
• Vehicle/Trailer Violation Report - Provides a list of violation (e.g. wrong zone, incorrect dock, wrong trailer etc) of all vehicles in the facility for a given period
